ABOUT
ULTRA-EXTRACT was established according to the regulations and governing laws modulating the investment in the Egyptian industrial zones. Our company contributes to the world wide campaign of preserving our environment from destruction as a result of our own industrial activities. Accordingly, we bring value-added services to the Egyptian market and provide innovative, cost effective, and scalable waste management services. We are adopting top notch technologies, making the efficient use of our resources and applying the latest management strategies. Our key goal is to achieve customer recognition and satisfaction by committing to the highest level of performance with creativity and a passion for results. In the past few years, Ultra has started its activities to provide waste management services to the concessionary petroleum companies in and around the Nile Delta side. Now we have a treatment plant in the industrial Zone of Gamassa city – Dakahlia Governorate containing 3 water treatment lines producing 4500 m3 /day. In order to ensure that water supply and wastewater are managed in an optimized manner, we have forged partnerships with industry leaders and top-tier technology providers to create sustainable water systems across the region. We have also doubled the capacity of our Gamassa plant and established a bigger plant in Fayoum Governorate containing 4 water treatment lines producing 6000 m3/day Currently, we are building another larger-scale plant to meet the needs of this market segment.
SERVICES
For the time being, our two plants’ capacities are accumulating a total volume of 10,500 m3/day. Each plant has its own transportation fleet. Furthermore, all plants are equipped with its own laboratory in addition to our central lab situated in Cairo to supervise and monitor each of the in-site labs. Our labs are furnished with all the necessary appliances, meters, tools and re-agents to perform most of the analyses required to control the flow and the quality of the product. In response to the emerging needs of petroleum companies in finding a source for safe disposal of waste materials resulting from either drilling operations or the processing of hydrocarbon, Ultra provides the following services:
As a result of RIG activities, the location waste pit is usually occupied with oil contaminated water, mud cutting, and hazardous waste that can neither be dumped in the water streams nor in the drainage networks due to the high percentage of its pollutants. Therefore, through our services we can provide a cost effectively solution by delivering the transportation, chemical treatment and safe disposal of the drilling fluids according to the regulation of the EEAA.
Similar to drilling fluids, formation of waste water represents a vital problem to hydrocarbon treatment stations. For this reason, Ultra provides the same services of transportation, treatment and safe disposal of waste.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
We adopted an Egyptian technology that was invented, developed and produced in Egypt at the beginning of the previous decade, which can be stated as Waste Treatment by Activated Coagulation, Electrolytic Oxidation And Oil Seperation. This Technology is registered and protected by the patent office of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and considered a core to our industry from which we are branching as needed – according to the market needs, we obtained all the necessary authorizations from the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) to practice our activities in a way that ensures service quality and environmental safety.
